Weather disruption and our services
Forecast bad weather across the country is beginning to have an impact with the cancellation of all Cook Strait ferries tomorrow (Tuesday 29 June) and delays likely through the rest of this week.
Conditions on Cook Strait are expected to deteriorate from tonight with waves of up to 6 metres followed by several days of adverse conditions.
This will have a flow on effect on our inter-island freight services with delays of up to 48 hours in some services.
There are road closures in areas around the country and where snow and strong gusts forecast. Those hazardous conditions are likely to mean slower-going for our drivers.
We regret any inconvenience this disruption may cause - please continue to check our website for further updates.
