Our operations this Labour weekend

With another holiday weekend coming up, many of our teams will be working, largely as usual, to support customers across the country.  

There will be limited services on the statutory day for Hall’s Refrigerated Transport as per the table below.  

For Roadways, Hall’s Direct and QSR teams Labour weekend there are no changes to services or schedules. Our reception and 0800 call teams will be having a break, so any queries if urgent should be directed to the relevant depots.

If you use our online Customer Portal then for following day pick-ups, please make sure that you place your order on the day before, by 1pm.

All manual booking requests for Saturday through to Tuesday 26 October will need to be booked by 1pm, on Friday 22 October to be sure that we can accommodate. Icepak operations on Labour Day – Monday 25 October 2021

Our East Tamaki and Christchurch Icepak teams will be working as usual on Monday.

 o   Takanini (Spartan Road), by arrangement only with customers.

o   Waharoa, by arrangement only with customers.

o   Oringi, by arrangement only with customers.

o   Longburn, by arrangement only with customers.

o   Fielding, by arrangement only with customers.

o   Paisley for cross docks.
