Christmas New Year Operations at Hall's Group

If there is one thing Kiwis deserve after the months we’ve just had – it’s ready access to a good supply of our customers’ great meat, dairy and produce. 

You can relax this summer, because at Hall’s and Icepak - we plan to be chill. Picking and delivering is what our teams do better than anyone and they’ll be working hard over the holidays so people can celebrate (putting 2021 behind us!).   

A reminder for transport customers to make sure to give us at least 2-3 days’ notice of your requirements to help ensure smooth running – especially for inter-island freight and heading into the statutory days.  

  • All freight should be as expected, with accurate labelling and within the pallet perimeter

  • With high freight volumes, traffic congestion and boundary checkpoints there may be delays, even with additional capacity being introduced.

  • Days of limited services are only by prior arrangement – discuss with us now

  • Always allow additional transit time for delivery to rural areas

All Hall’s office and support teams will be taking a break so we’ll have limited telephone support and data entry.  For enquiries our preferred contact is by email to customer.support@halls.co.nz.    Our teams will be working hard to service demand and will do their utmost to deliver in full and on time.  

From Tues 5 January we’ll be back to usual business and, optimistically looking forward to 2022.
