Services for Easter and Anzac Day
With Easter and Anzac Day fast approaching, we’d like to advise you of our operations schedule over these upcoming statutory holidays.
For most of our teams, and particularly our drivers, we are pleased they’ll be able to take a break after what’s been an incredibly busy start to the year.
There will be some limited services on Easter Saturday and on Anzac Day Monday 26 April but these would be only by prior arrangement.
Please discuss any requirements as soon as possible with your Hall’s account manager.
The pick-up and delivery schedule which applies to Hall’s Refrigerated Transport and our Metrocold Parcels teams has been provided to all service contacts by email or can be viewed below. Please note that any Easter Tuesday pick-ups will need to be submitted next week, by 1pm Thursday 1 April.
Customer service
As always, our drivers and teams aim to deliver on time but traffic volumes can be high on holiday weekends and while we plan for this, congestion on the roads may have an impact.
Our operations support and customer service teams will also be limited and restricted to urgent only queries. There will be details on our ‘Contact Us’ page closer to the weekend.
