Network delays due to weather
We regret to advise that there may be some unavoidable delays in our network nationally as a result of this week’s bad weather.
Bluebridge has let us know that the southerly storm earlier this week ‘whipped’ up Cook Strait and has affected their sailing times.
They say significant delays are expected for all sailings until late tomorrow.
That disruption to inter-island travel is having a flow-on impact, to some extent, across our wider network.
This could mean delays of up to 24 hours. Until the ferry backlog is clear we may not be in a position to provide fully useful ETAs.
We would appreciate your patience - please be assured our teams are working to minimise any disruption to customers. We’ll post updates here where we have them.
