Our Labour Weekend Services

Our teams will be working hard as usual to support customers across the country this weekend but there will be some changes to services offered.

For Roadways, Hall’s Direct and QSR teams there are no changes to schedules. There will be limited services for Hall’s Refrigerated Transport as per the table below.

Please note that our reception, email support and 0800 call teams will be having a break, so any queries if urgent should be direct-to-depot. 

If you use our online Customer Portal then for following day pick-ups, please make sure that you place your order on the day before, by 1pm.  All manual booking requests (for Saturday through to Tuesday 27 October) will need to be booked by 1pm, on Friday 23 October to be sure that we can accommodate.

Icepak: Our East Tamaki and Christchurch teams will be working as usual on Labour Day:

• Mt Wellington (Paisley Place) and Takanini (Spartan Road), by arrangement only with customers.

• Waharoa, no services Monday 

• Oringi, by arrangement only with customers.

• Longburn, by arrangement only with customers.

• Fielding, by arrangement only with customers.
