FERRY DELAYS

The following communication was received from Bluebridge at 11:50am this morning:

“Due to the heavy swells and turnaround times (heavy loadings and storm lashings) ships are now delayed.

Below is an update on our morning sailings:

Thursday 4 July

Wellington to Picton

8:15 am Connemara Departing approx. 1230

Picton to Wellington

7:45 am Feronia Departing approx. 1400

Turnaround times may differ so ETD is subject to change for later sailings throughout the day.”

Please note that these ferry delays will impact our network, so please expect delays with freight movement. Affected customers will be contacted by our operations teams and we will update our website as the situation unfolds.

Update Friday 5 July (12:40pm)

The following communication was received from Bluebridge at 11:45am this morning:

“Vessels still continue to sail approx. 5 hours delayed & will continue until sailings reset tomorrow, Saturday 06/07 at 0815 WLG / 1400 PCN.
