Waitangi Day Operations 6'Feb

As Waitangi Day draws near, we would like to advise you of our operations schedule for that date.

There will be limited services for the region for Hall’s Refrigerated Transport as per the table below.

All our Customer Support and data entry teams will be out of the office Friday 6 February with all queries being actioned upon return.

If you use our online Customer Portal for pickups, or do manual booking requests for Friday 6th February, these will need to be booked by latest 1pm Wednesday 4th February.

Important Note: Final day for accepting Interisland Export freight will be Wednesday 29th January. Last day for all other export freight will be Thursday 30th January.

  • Monday 2nd Feb: Business as usual

  • Tuesday 3rd Feb: Business as usual

  • Wednesday 4th Feb: Business as usual

  • Thursday 5th Feb: Business as usual

  • Friday 6th Feb: Waitangi Day (limited pickup services by prior arrangement, otherwise standard business as usual for full runs)

Storage operations on Waitangi Day – Thursday 6th February

  • East Tamaki: by prior arrangement only

  • Waharoa: operational for cross dock only; other operations only by prior arrangement.

  • Oringi: by prior arrangement only

  • Longburn: by prior arrangement only

  • Paisley Place: operational for cross dock, other operations by prior arrangement

  • Christchurch: by prior arrangement.
