As Auckland Anniversary draws near, we would like to advise you of our operations schedule for that weekend.

Customer Service

Our Auckland Customer Support team will be out of office Monday 26th January returning Tuesday 27th January with all queries being actioned upon return.

All online pickups via the Customer Portal and any manual booking requests for Saturday 24th January through to Tuesday 27th January will need to be booked before 1pm Friday 23rd January. Email akl.pickuporders@halls.co.nz for manual orders.

Important Note: Final day for accepting Interisland Export freight is Wednesday 21st January. Last day for all other export freight will be Thursday 22nd January.

Auckland Operations – Transport

  • Friday 23rd January - operating business as per usual

  • Saturday 24th January - operating business as per usual

  • Sunday 25th January – operating business as usual

  • Monday 26th January – Auckland anniversary – pickups usually scheduled for Monday will be moved to Tuesday 27th January unless prior arrangements are made.

Auckland Storage Operations – Monday 26th January

  • East Tamaki operational for cross dock only; other customer operations only by prior arrangement

  • Paisley Place Mt Wellington operational for cross dock only; other customer operations only by prior arrangement.

  • Waharoa operational for cross dock only; other customer operations only by prior arrangement.

All other Storage teams will be operating as per usual on Monday 26th January.
