24HR DELAYS ACROSS NETWORK

We would like to advise of temporary delays of up to 24hrs across our network and expect these delays to be in place until next Friday, 21st October.

You may recall our recent communications about our new transport management system, TruckMate, launched on 18th September.

As anticipated with any new system, we have had teething issues which has contributed to the recent delays. Our Auckland site also has a couple of docks down and under urgent repair.

We understand this may be frustrating for our customers and assure you that we are working hard to get back on track.

How you can help

If possible, we ask that any non-urgent jobs be postponed. Please submit any new pickups as early as possible in the morning or provide us with advanced notice where you can.
