Laying the Foundations for Future Growth

A major milestone was reached today at our new Horotiu facility, with more than 230 cubic metres of concrete poured. This marks an important step towards completion and forms part of the 1,250 cubic metres that will be poured as the site continues to take shape.

Located in Horotiu, North Waikato, at the heart of New Zealand's Golden Triangle, the facility will strengthen Hall's national cold chain network and enhance service across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Upper North Island and beyond.

Designed to deliver greater capacity, efficiency and flexibility, the site will support chilled and frozen storage, cross-docking operations and nationwide distribution. Once complete, it will feature dedicated temperature controlled storage, multiple truck docks and extensive hardstand space to support efficient vehicle movements and future growth.

This investment reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering industry leading cold chain solutions and supporting the growth of New Zealand's food, manufacturing and primary industries.

Each milestone brings us closer to delivering our purpose built facility that will expand our network capability and strengthen connectivity across the region.
