WAITANGI DAY OPERATIONS

As Waitangi Day draws near, we would like to advise you of our operations schedule for that date.

There will be limited services for the region for Hall’s Refrigerated Transport as per the table below.

All our Customer Support and data entry teams will be out of the office Tuesday 6th February returning Wednesday 7th February, with all queries being actioned upon return.

If you use our online Customer Portal for pickups, or do manual booking requests for Wednesday 7th February, these will need to be booked by latest 1pm Monday 5th February.

Important Note: Final day for accepting Interisland Export freight will be Wednesday 31st January. Last day for all other export freight will be Thursday 1st February.

Icepak operations on Waitangi Day – Tuesday 6th February

• East Tamaki: operating as normal and as agreed with customers.

• Waharoa: operational for cross dock only; other customer operations only by prior arrangement.

• Oringi: by prior arrangement only.

• Longburn: by prior arrangement only.

• Fielding: by prior arrangement only.

• Paisley Place: operational for cross dock only; other customer operations only by prior arrangement.
