Temporary phone system outage
Our carrier has restored service after a hardware failure which led to an unplanned outage in our phone systems for most of yesterday.
The problems affected a number of companies including Hall’s and disrupted the ability of our teams to respond to calls. We are sorry if you were impacted by the outage but we are pleased to advise that our systems are now working fully again.
During the Covid shutdown as many of people are still working remotely our preference is for customers to use email in the first instance to contact us with enquiries into: customer.support@halls.co.nz.
