Temporary change Hall's Parcel's deliveries
Over the past few weeks of the national shutdown our teams have been working hard to maintain normal services across our regional network.
With so many thousands of businesses closed our volumes are down to the extent that we are having to put in place some changes to delivery days. This is to ensure trucks are travelling as full as possible and are not running part-loaded at this time of national emergency.
Regretfully this may mean some disruption for you:
Auckland Metro – we are moving to an alternate-day delivery model for Auckland with a smaller number of runs that will be serviced every second day, effective from tomorrow, Wednesday 15 April.
We have tried to set the suburban areas as best we can and these are based on volumes into Auckland. Where possible HRT vehicles (delivering direct to store pallets) will be enlisted to assist although this will be volume and time permitting, so is not guaranteed.
Auckland North – All deliveries for the below towns will be given to our sub-contractor on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays for deliveries to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Kaiwaka, Mangawhai, Mangawhai Heads, Matakana, Omaha, Snell’s Beach, Wellspring
Northland – we will move temporarily to a once-a-week delivery on Fridays.

Please adjust your bookings according to the new servicing days within these regions.
