SERVICE UPDATE | Severe Weather Still Impacting Network Operations

Severe weather continues to impact several regions across New Zealand with these conditions still putting pressure on key transport routes. Flooding, slips, road closures and restricted access in a number of areas are slowing the movement of freight and contributing to delays across our network.

Our teams are actively managing the situation, making real-time adjustments to operations to keep freight moving wherever conditions allow and to support overall network reliability.

Despite these efforts, some delivery timeframes will continue to be affected. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these rapidly changing conditions.
