Potential weather impact
Our operational teams are watching conditions carefully after forecasts of some wild weather that could have the potential to disrupt ferry sailings and our services as a result.
Heavy rain, gales of up to 130 kilometres per hour, snow, thunderstorms and high seas in the Cook Strait had been forecast but at this stage swells in the Strait while high, are not disrupting schedules.
There are strong winds in the lower North Island and parts of the south which will also make driving more hazardous for our fleet.
