Our Operations this Waitangi Weekend

With Waitangi Weekend knocking, we would like to advise you of our operations schedule for the weekend.

There will be limited services for the region for Halls Refrigerated Transport as per the table below.

All our Customer Support teams will be out of office Monday 7th February returning Tuesday 8th February with all queries being actioned upon return.

If you use our online Customer Portal for pickups, all manual booking requests for Saturday 5th February through to Tuesday 8th February will need to be booked by 1pm Friday 4th February.

Important Note – Final day for accepting Interisland Export freight this week will be Wednesday 2ND Feb. Last day for all other export freight will be Thursday 3rd Feb.

Icepak operations on Waitangi Day – Monday 7th February 2022

• Takanini (Spartan Road) by prior arrangement only.

• East Tamaki operating as normal and as agreed with customers.

• Waharoa operational for cross dock only; other customer operations only by prior arrangement.

• Oringi, by prior arrangement only.

• Longburn by prior arrangement only.

• Fielding by prior arrangement only.

• Paisley operational for cross dock only; other customer operations only by prior arrangement.

With large volumes of freight moving around the country in preparation for this long weekend, please be advised there may be some delays over this period. Please ensure to get your bookings in early to avoid as best as possible.
