Our Christmas-New Year Schedule
It’s that’s time of year when we all get a little busier. Here at Hall’s we’re looking forward to being able to be of service to you as the festive season ramps up.
We have a lot planned for 2020 but in the meantime for at least a few days over the Christmas break we hope that you, like our hardworking teams, get some rest and enjoy time with your friends and family. Please find attached our 2019 Christmas-New Year schedule which shows days when we will be offering limited service.

February changes
We’ve heard from you that you want quicker response times when you contact us with queries so we’re pleased to let you know that shortly we’ll be making changes to our customer support and query service.
This will help ensure that when you are after an update you will be able to choose to talk directly to the Freight Consultant Specialists in your regional area, who’ll have the latest information.
This change will be phased in and fully in place by February next year and we’re hoping it’ll mean faster and more direct response times, and proactive remedial actions where any issues arise.
We’re all about building great relationships so it’s a move that makes sense to us. Let us know how you think it goes.
