How you can help our transport team
If possible, we ask that non-urgent jobs be postponed.
All freight must be clearly labelled with 'Consignment' and 'Receiver' details.
Accurate gross weight must be declared for all consignments regardless of configuration.
If multiple pallets are sent, they must be numbered against the total number of pallets (e.g. if sending five pallets - 1 of 5, 2 of 5, 3 of 5, 4 of 5, 5 of 5).
All packing slips for end receivers need to be securely attached to the pallet and not handed to the drivers.
We ask that you please stick to the cut-off times for placing orders and not make any amends afterwards.
From the team at Hall’s Group, Ngā mihi o Matariki, te tau hou Māori
