With the one-off public holiday on Monday 26th September to mark the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, we will run a limited service on this day.

Our Customer Support and data entry teams will be out of the office and will respond to any queries the following day.

If you use our online Customer Portal for pickups and/or manual booking requests for Saturday 24th September through to Tuesday 27th September this will need to be booked by 1pm Friday 24th September.

Important Note – Final day for accepting Interisland Export freight is Wednesday 21st September. Last day for all other export freight will be Thursday 22nd September.
