NETWORK DELAYS - 21 JULY

Road closures due to weather conditions:

SH25 Whitianga to Kaimarama (NZTA website as at 9:38am) - State Highway 25 is closed by the intersection with Wade Rd due to flooding.

Our unit in Whitianga has been turned back with no option to get through. Weather conditions are expected to get worse around midday. Our operations teams are keeping an eye on the NZTA website for any further closures and communicating with drivers and impacted customers.

Heavy rain warnings issued (MetService):

• Coromandel Peninsula

• Tairawhiti/Gisborne

Our Napier team are keeping a close watch on the Napier to Gisborne laneways as some flooding is starting to occur.
