Planning Ahead
The lead up to a long weekend is always a busy time across New Zealand's supply chain. With increased freight volumes moving through our network, there may be some delays during this period. Our teams will be working hard to minimise disruption and appreciate your understanding.
How You Can Help Our Transport Team
To help us maintain service levels during this busy period, we kindly ask that:
· All freight is clearly labelled with consignment and receiver details.
· Accurate gross weights are declared for all consignments.
· Multiple pallets are numbered sequentially (e.g. 1 of 5, 2 of 5, 3 of 5).
· Packing slips are securely attached to pallets rather than handed directly to drivers.
· Orders are placed before the applicable cut-off times, with amendments kept to a minimum where possible.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. We appreciate the trust you place in Hall's and look forward to keeping your freight moving throughout the Labour Day period.
