KING'S BIRTHDAY WEEKEND

With King’s Birthday Weekend coming up, we would like to advise you of our operations schedule.

There will be limited services for the region for Hall’s Refrigerated Transport as per below. For our Roadways, Hall’s Direct and QSR teams, there are no changes to services or schedules.

King’s Birthday Weekend

All our Customer Support and data entry teams will be out of office Monday 3rd June returning Tuesday 4th June with all queries being actioned upon return.

If you use our online Customer Portal for pickups or do manual booking requests for Saturday 1st June through to Tuesday 4th June, these will need to be booked by latest 1pm Friday 31st May.

Important Note: Final day for accepting Interisland Export freight is Wednesday 29th May. Last day for all other export freight will be Thursday 30th May.

  • Friday 31st May - Business as per usual

  • Saturday 1st June - Business as per usual

  • Sunday 2nd June - No services

  • Monday 3rd June – King’s Birthday (limited services by prior arrangement)

  • East Tamaki: Closed unless prior arrangements are in place

  • Mt Wellington (Paisley Place): Closed unless prior arrangements are in place.

  • Waharoa: Closed unless prior arrangements are in place

  • Oringi: Closed unless prior arrangements are in place.

  • Longburn: Closed unless prior arrangements are in place.

  • Fielding: Closed unless prior arrangements are in place.

  • Christchurch: Closed unless prior arrangements are in place.
