FREIGHT DELAY - WEST COAST

As per the NZTA website:

Road closure: SH7 Hanmer Springs to Springs Junction (Lewis Pass).

Snow: Due to snow, State Highway 7 between Hanmer Springs to Springs Junction is closed overnight.

Due to this road closure, which commenced at 2:07pm (18 August), and no detour in place, all freight to the west coast is expected to be delayed by at least 24hrs.

We expect to receive an update from NZTA at 10am (19 August).
