Correct Portal Labelling Requirement
Effective 1 July 2026
Step-by-step guide here: View label printing guide
As we continue to enhance the Hall’s Customer Portal, all customers are required to ensure freight is labelled using transport labels generated directly from the portal.
This change supports improved visibility across our network and helps deliver a more efficient and reliable service.
What’s changing?
From 1 July 2026, all freight must have a portal-generated transport label applied to each unit.
Each label includes a QR code that is scanned at key stages of the journey, enabling:
Real-time tracking from collection to delivery
Accurate freight identification
Reliable status updates
Why this matters
Consistent portal labelling enables:
Accurate scanning at collection, depot and delivery
Faster and more efficient freight processing
Improved tracking visibility
Greater delivery confidence
